We have integrated with eSIM vendors’ eIM APIs for SGP.22 and will integrate SGP.32 once it is GSMA certified. This enables essential eSIM management functions, including Profile Download, Enable, Disable, Delete, Change Polling Parameters, and Change eIM FQDN.

Does IoTM also provide connectivity?
No, IoTM does not sell or resell connectivity. Instead, our customers purchase connectivity directly from mobile carriers. IoTM provides a zero-touch, bring-your-own-vendor platform that streamlines connectivity management. It harmonizes IoT connectivity and eSIM management, offering a unified interface for seamless operations and simplified large-scale SIM deployment management.

Which eIM API are already integrated?
We initially started with SGP.22 as SGP.32 was pending GSMA approval. Our current step is integrating SGP.32 for select eIMs. Most of the groundwork was done during the SGP.22 phase, including activation code inventory management, batch operations, and synchronization between RSP and connectivity lifecycle actions, all of which will be reused in SGP.32.
